Our
low overhead costs allow us to offer you products at low prices.
In order to keep the prices as low as possible, we unfortunately,
can only accept exchanges with the following criterias.
Return Criteria
-All
exchanges must be reported within 4 business days of receipt
and postmarked within
7 business days of receipt.
-All
items except for custom order veils and dresses can be
exchanged, if they meet the return criteria and have been given
prior authorization. Any
veil with accents added is considered a custom order and can
not be returned or exchanged.
-All exchanges
must be in their original condition, unworn, accompanied
by the
original packaging, including box and a copy of the original
invoice.
-All merchandise returned without
prior authorization or is not in its original condition will
be refused and shipped back to the customer.
-Exchanges
are subject to regular shipping and handling charges. Initial
shipping
charges or return shipping charges will not be refunded or
reimbursed, except in the event of defective items.
-Exchanges are final. Items can
only be exchanged 1 time.
Defective Items
Our products are of high quality
and are carefully examined before they are shipped to you to
assure that you are receiving your products in perfect condition.
In the event that a product is defective, we will replace the
product and you will be reimbursed for the return shipping
charges. The same return criterias must be met. Please read
the information above. |
